Summery: Implicit Bias mean thoughts and feelings are “implicit” if we are notsure or misunderstand about the nature. We have a bias when we like or hate with the people or in the group rather than being neutral, we have a preference for (or aversion to) a person or group of people. Then, we use the term “implicit bias” to describe when we have attitudes towards people or associate stereotypes with them without our conscious knowledge. One of the psycholy name Hart Blanton against the IAT test he believes there is no evidence the finding that changes in implicit bias don't lead to changes in bahavior. and Patrick Forscher thinks that scientists don't know how to measure implicit bias with any confidence. However, some scientists don't agree with the results to measure the Implicit Bias.

Reaction: As I have done the IAT test, I was confuse about the result. I tried 3 test one of the test call " Asian " and this talk about American or Foreign and European American or Asian American. The result was said I slight automatic association for American with European American and Foreign with Asian American so I pretty agree about it cause I think both of them are easy to classify. The result can not guarantee it would be 100% true in my opion it measured how fast you did and the mistake. In addition, They said summerize data across many people find the IT predicts discrimination in hiring, education, healthcare and Law enforcement. So, I think we just do the test it couldn't re'ate to what they said because it depends on what people do on the real life not in the test.

Question: How could they believe that the results turned out to be in fact biased by measuring the speed of doing IAT test?

Totally agree that the IAT is not really true. It is more like an IQ test for me and it depends on the brain condition, I mean I likely to do the test faster and make less mistakes when I feel fresh and it would be reversely if my brain is tired.
